GORGEOUS ANTIQUE ART DECO 14K WHITE GOLD DIAMOND SAPPHIRE FILIGREE BRACELET

Description

Beautiful and authentic Art Deco filigree line bracelet featuring a natural approximately 2mm full cut central fiery round diamond, framed by a milgrained diamond shaped mounting. The mounting sits in the middle of a 12.2mm wide white gold filigree setting with open cut work and hand cut beading and milgrain on the edges. This piece is solid and has two hinges that the rest of the segmented filigree white gold reticulated pieces attach to. The individual segments have open scrollwork that resemble open floral leaves and stems. These also have the milgrained beaded border along the edges. The first two links feature a synthetic blue marquise shaped sapphire, as was common for the era. Both sapphires have chips, and one is missing the point at the end. The stones are still tight in their settings and you cannot visualize the chips unless you look with a 10X jewelers loupe. The width of the reticulated pieces is approximately 5.1mm. This bracelet features a push in tongue clasp that is tight and functions well, it releases by pressing on the pin without difficulty. There is an additional safety clasp that works by pushing down on it after the bracelet is closed with the push in tongue clasp. This has a petite forget me not flower engraved on it. The length of the bracelet is approximately 6 1/2 inches end to end, and weighs 7.2 grams. It is marked for 14k gold. The diamond was authenticated with a Diamond Selector II analyzer.
