RETURN POLICY:
Returns are ONLY allowed up to 14 days after receipt of item. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED (No exceptions)! Return shipping is at buyers expense and ONLY the purchase price of the item will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be the purchase price minus the cost of shipping per item based on our shipping chart above.
Holiday items will only be given a refund of 50% of the purchase price. ABSOLUTELY no returns on Swimsuits or Hair Bows due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final after 14 days!

If you request to cancel your order for any reason before we ship, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee will be required.  Cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund issued for any per-shipment cancellation orders.
